Trianon Palace Versailles is probably the most gorgeous hotel you will be able to find around Paris. It is a perfect match for those looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the french main city. Trianon Palace feels luxurious from the moment you approach the wrought iron gates. The building itself is very classy from the grounds to the lobby to the restaurants and spa. Talking about the Guerlain Spa, I had the chance to give it a try and the service is just as you might expect in a hotel from that range : it is a piece of heaven. I stayed in the historic building in a room with high ceiling and a calm view on the garden. Loved the very french decoration in tones of beige and the marbled bathroom. Breakfast is served as a buffet, with a possibility to have eggs and pancaked made "à la minute". And after that, you are ready to explore the gardens and the castle, which are right at the corner!
